For this listing we helped the home owner make a list of everything that needed to be done prior to listing. This home was a 2 bedroom single family home, so we knew that we would need to put our best foot forward.
I recommended paint colors, carpet color, provided light fixtures with links, and staged the property.

As my seller, when your home is listed with me, there is no upfront fee for my photography or styling services. My goal is to sell your home quickly and I feel this approach greatly enhances listing exposure.
We can either keep your furniture in the home, and add light staging services, or we can move your furniture into storage, and fully stage your home for you (for an additional fee).
I also specialize in pre-sale renovations (which are paid for at settlement), post-sale interior design, mood boards, and more. If you just need a mock-up of a room, I can certainly help you out with that as well.
