Another week in real estate, and this one was a whirlwind of negotiations, happy clients, and keys changing hands. From helping families downsize for their next chapter, to juggling seamless buy-and-sell timelines, to securing major wins in negotiations, every day brought a new challenge and a new success. Here’s a look inside what a week in my world as a Virginia Realtor really looks like.

New Beginnings in Herndon: Downsizing, Family, and $20K in Savings
One successful closing of a new construction home in Herndon, VA, they wanted to move closer to their children and also downsize so that they can be closer to the airport for their future travels - my clients got $20,000 in closing costs.

Selling in Richmond, Buying in Sterling—Contingency Win!
My clients sold their home in Richmond, VA and I helped them navigate a home purchase at the same time. The entire time they were protected under a home sale contingency. Their home appraised for $10,000 above purchase price! I conducted the final walkthrough via FaceTime and put all of the remaining paint cans in the back of my car (because who needs them!?!)

Priced Right, Sold Fast: A $1.8M Cash Deal and a Seamless Transition
Closing for a home sale, where we priced it right and they got an all cash no BS offer within 6 days. I'm representing them on the purchase of their next home and we made sure the timelines aligned so they could have their new home painted and ready for move in, and secured them a free rent back on their home sale - the perfect combination!

From Open House to Closing Table: $53K Negotiated for Our Buyers
My buyers closed on their new home! We met them at several of our open houses and they decided that we were their agents! I negotiated $25,000 off the last listing price and got them $28,000 in seller paid closing costs!

Investor Wins & Well-Deserved Pedicures: Wrapping the Week Right
Processing a rental application for an investor client, and then time for a pedicure and to relax before the weekend!
